Dīng Píng: Nǐ xǐhuan nǎxiē yùndòng?
Rén Lì: Hěnduō yùndòng, bǐrú pǎobù, yóuyǒng, tī zúqiú, dǎ lánqiú děngděng.

Dīng Píng: Nǐ zuì xǐhuan nǎ ge yùndòng?

Dīng Píng: Which sport do you like best? (What’s your favorite sport?)
Rén Lì: I like playing basketball best, and I play basketball with friends together every Sunday.
Dīng Píng: How well do you play basketball?
Rén Lì: I play it very well. What do you like to do on the weekend?
Dīng Píng: I like to go to a KTV singing or go to a bar drinking with friends together on the weekend.

Actually the two sentences have almost the same meaning, because the measure word “个ge” can be omitted here. However, the adverb “都dōu” in the first sentence expresses a little more certainty on the fact that you play basketball with friends every Sunday, and there is no exception.
