As always an excellent course, well organized and clearly explained.
Do the names for the strokes come from calligraphy? None of my Japanese friends (nor of course me) was ever taught that the basic and combined strokes have names — this will be very helpful in tackling new characters for me. Looking forward to further levels and a stand alone App if that is in the works as well.
You’right that the names of the strokes is indeed from calligraphy, which is used to ensure beauty in one’s writing.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
Great Course!
It was a pleasure to work through it.
Do you have a rough plan when the second character course is released?
I am so glad that you enjoyed our first level character course!
Currently I’m still working on the HSK level-3 course, and hope to release the sencond level character course in the 2nd half of next year.
Any news on the second level character course?
Alesabusada, 你好!
The official organization of the HSK recently announced that they will reform the current test’s grading system soon. This sudden change disrupted our current course production and we have to wait until the specific syllabus is released before we can restart the course production. Really sorry for this inconvenience! We’ll let you know as soon as there are new developments.
Nice
Thanks for the guidance through this course. I really enjoyed to get the chinese characters better known. I looking forward if you launch the second course of chinse characters. Well done…
Axel, 你好!
I’m very happy that you enjoyed this character course!
And we’ll certainly make the second level course of Chinese characters after we release the HSK level-3 course.
Just let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi Sir,
You’re an excellent teacher, so I wish you more elbow grease. I’d like to know whether I can buy the course through Wechat and how do I go about that. I added it to my cart, but can’t find where to pay for it. Thanks.
Zhukebe, nǐ hǎo!
I am glad that you liked my teaching, and we’ll send you an email to help you with the payment issue.
If you have any other questions, just let me know.
Sharon,
